We were so excited when our beautiful bride Amanda let us know that she had decided on Dusty Rose as her main Maui wedding color. It’s such a versatile color, and goes so well with her chosen accent color of gold, we had the best time planning all of the many details for this laid-back, fun-loving couple’s big day. Their wedding was all about romance and good vibes, delicious food, and refreshing cocktails. We secured a team of talented Maui wedding vendors and hit the ground running with fabulous ideas to make sure that their event was as memorable and amazing as the couple themselves. The first detail that guests saw as they entered this private estate is a custom designed, watercolor\u00a0welcome sign overlooking their\u00a0stunning ceremony location. Makena Weddings designed this sign for the happy couple, we thought it set the perfect tone for the start of their celebration.<\/p>\n

The couple said their I Dos under a delicate, 2-post bamboo wedding arch draped in ivory linen and adorned with gorgeous blooms in shades of dusty rose and greenery. The couple looked absolutely breathtaking standing underneath it as they recited their vows.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The bride’s bouquet was created in the perfect shades of dusty rose, blush, and ivory with a touch of cymbidium orchids which added a tropical flair.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Gold Chiavari chairs were set for guest seating, they complimented the wedding arch so perfectly as well as lending that touch of gold that the bride and groom chose as their accent color.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Bridesmaids wore the perfect shade of blush with dusty rose corsages taking the place of a traditional bridesmaid bouquet.<\/p>\n

\"\"\"\"<\/p>\n

The couple chose the gorgeous sounds of the harp to set the ambiance for their ceremony.<\/p>\n

\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"<\/p>\n

After their romantic I Dos, the couple enjoyed some time alone for romantic portraits around the estate while their guests enjoyed a celebratory cocktail hour which included delicious appetizers, cocktails, a lounge area and lawn games.<\/p>\n

\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"<\/p>\n

Their reception was absolutely beautiful, set with gold Chiavari chairs moved from their ceremony location for guest seating. The bride and groom’s chairs were adorned with specialty chair sashes and floral treatments.<\/p>\n

Tables were draped in white table linen and topped with dusty rose runners. Breathtaking centerpieces in shades of ivory and dusty rose where set in gold vessels which looked incredible paired with gold rimmed chargers and hanging crystal chandeliers overhead.<\/p>\n

Their amazing wedding cake was decorated with gold flakes and topped with fresh flowers and a specialty cake topper that added the perfect touch.<\/p>\n

Incredible food that looks just as good as it tasted was enjoyed by all.<\/p>\n
