Ana and Matthew met while working together in Northern California and after seven years together, they decided to make it official with an elegant wedding in Maui. The couple requested a private, oceanfront estate for just their ceremony, as they planned to host dinner at a restaurant after the ceremony. They wanted the space to feel intimate enough so that each of their guests were able to feel like they got to be a part of the ceremony. After listening to their requests, we knew that the incomparable Kukahiko Estate would be the perfect match for this sweet couple and their small group of family and friends.
The only other request that that bride had in terms of flower decor was to carry a bouquet of Easter Lilys, as that is what her grandmother carried at her wedding. Dellables Floral Design created a gorgeous bouquet that suited the couples simple yet elegant style.
After the ceremony, their guests departed the estate to travel to their dinner reception at Humble Market Kitchen while the bride and groom had the Kukahiko Estate all to themselves for romantic portraits as husband and wife. Angela Nelson Photography was there to capture all of the love between these two and the results are absolutely stunning!
This wedding is a great example of how simple elegance paired with a stunning, oceanfront backdrop is everything that you need to create a perfect wedding in paradise! Congratulations to the happy couple, we had so much fun getting to know you during the planning process and hope to see you back in Maui again someday!
